Scott Birdwell / CEO
As Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Transcom, Scott Birdwell sets the vision and direction of the company. A bold telecommunications entrepreneur, Mr. Birdwell possesses over 13 years' experience launching, growing, and selling successful telecom companies. Prior to founding Transcom, Mr. Birdwell was the founder and CEO of Enhanced Communications, which he sold to World Access Service in 1999. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Britt Birdwell / COO
Britt Birdwell is President and Chief Operations Officer of Transcom. Prior to joining Transcom, Mr. Birdwell was vice president and director of international operations for Transcom Communications beginning in 1999. Mr. Birdwell was president of various entrepreneurial companies in Texas before joining Transcom. Mr. Birdwell holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Ambuj Nayar / Business Operations
Ambuj has over 15 years of experience in the voice industry. He has held numerous management positions within this arena. Ambuj has been with Transcom Enhanced Services since 2004 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Business Operations. Ambuj responsibilities include customer pricing, vendor management/ purchasing, product development, routing, profitability analysis and billing. Prior to joining Transcom, Ambuj worked at Primus Telecommunications from 1996-2004. Primus is a telecommunications company which is primarily focused on the international voice market. He was a major contributor in establishing and growing the wholesale business at Primus from a start up to a $300+ million annual run rate. Ambuj ran the global business analyst group with a presence in more than 15 countries. Ambuj held various positions at Primus including Vice President, International Business Development from 2002-2004. In this role, Ambuj managed the global Business Development team along with the international agent channel. Mr. Nayar also gained experience on the residential VOIP side (Lingo product) and the calling card divisions of Primus. Ambuj received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Richmond, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.

Jeff Miller / Strategy and Business Development
Jeff (Jake) Miller serves as Transcom's Chief Financial Officer. Between 1998 and May 2007, he was Vice President of Strategy with Level 3 Communications' Business Markets Group, and Vice President of Business Development with TelCove. Prior to that, Mr. Miller served as the Financial Director of Wireless and Cable Operations for Adelphia Communications, and was an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young's Stamford, CT office. An astute negotiator of transactions, including ventures, strategic alliances and partnerships, Mr. Miller is a 1984 graduate of Lehigh University.

Max W. Adams / Sales
Max has a seasoned background in the Network Services sector that spans over 20 years. Throughout his career he has built a proven track record of building and managing sales organizations that deliver financial results and customer loyalty. Max joined Transcom Enhanced Services in 2008 and currently serves as Executive Vice President for Sales. This responsibility includes leading the direct and indirect sales effort for TES core network services, as well as overseeing go to market and sales strategy for TES' emerging technologies, and cloud based services. Prior to joining Transcom Max was Vice President of Wholesale Services for Wiltel Networks, as well as Vice President of Wholesale Carrier and Channel Sales for Excel Telecommunications. Max received Bachelors of Business Administration degrees in Finance, and Marketing, from Texas A&M University.

Carolyn Malone / Human Resources & Administrative Services
Carolyn Malone serves as Executive Vice President for HR and Administrative Services. In this role she is responsible for all benefits and payroll administration, as well as managing multiple non-affiliated businesses. Carolyn was previously SVP for Search Capital Group and Zydeco Exploration.
