Scott Birdwell / CEO
As Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Transcom, Scott Birdwell sets the vision and direction of the company. A bold telecommunications entrepreneur, Mr. Birdwell possesses over 13 years' experience launching, growing, and selling successful telecom companies. Prior to founding Transcom, Mr. Birdwell was the founder and CEO of Enhanced Communications, which he sold to World Access Service in 1999. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Britt Birdwell / COO
Britt Birdwell is President and Chief Operations Officer of Transcom. Prior to joining Transcom, Mr. Birdwell was vice president and director of international operations for Transcom Communications beginning in 1999. Mr. Birdwell was president of various entrepreneurial companies in Texas before joining Transcom. Mr. Birdwell holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Ambuj Nayar / Business Operations
Ambuj Nayar joined Transcom in November 2004 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Business Operations. Mr. Nayar's responsibilities include sales, purchasing and profitability analysis. Prior to joining Transcom, Mr. Nayar worked at Primus Telecommunications from 1996-2004. He was a major contributor in establishing and growing the wholesale business at Primus to $300+ million annual run rate. Mr. Nayar held various positions at Primus including Vice President, International Business Development from 2002-2004. In this role, Mr. Nayar managed the global Business Development team along with the international agent channel. He received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Richmond, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.

R. Todd Wallace / Engineering and Technology
Todd Wallace currently serves as Transcom's Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technology, where he is responsible for provisioning, billing, network engineering, network operations and field operations. Prior to Transcom, Mr. Wallace served as a Director and Chief Technology Officer for Y-Tel International. Mr. Wallace founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer of two companies, e-Talk.net and Touchstone Systems. Other positions include CTO of FlashNet Communications, Manager of Architecture at Excel Communications, and Engineering Support at Compaq Computer Company. Mr. Wallace holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Dallas, and currently teaches Information Technology and Telecom classes for the University of Phoenix.

Jeff Miller / Strategy and Business Development
Jeff Miller serves as Transcom's Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Between 1998 and May 2007, he was Vice President of Emerging Opportunities and Strategy with Level 3 Communications' Business Markets Group, and Vice President of Procurement, Asset Management and Business Development with TelCove, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Miller served as the Financial Director of Wireless and Cable Operations for Adelphia Communications, and was an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young's Stamford, CT office. Mr. Miller has been a certified public accountant since 1984 and is a graduate of Lehigh University.
